General

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason!
No reference, no service. Unless it's a custom design/ref sheet!
I will not accept your commission if you are being a middle man for someone else
There are very few things I won't draw, please discuss with me if you aren't sure! - However, please note that there will be a strict no all around towards any type of loli/shota/cub content

Usage

After I have completed your work I will retain

The right to publish/upload the artwork for my portfolio
Copyrights over the artwork (Not the IP, not the character)

You as the commissioner may

Upload the art to any social media/website, with credit
Alter/edit the art in any way you like - Just please credit me for the original piece please!

You as the commissioner may NOT

Claim the art as your own
Use the art for commercial purposes without prior discussion.
Alter/edit the art in a way that's considered offensive

Regarding Social VR Game Asset Retextures

Due to the TOS of many creators, I cannot accept commissions unless both the client and myself own the model.
If I don't own a model, the funds to purchase said model will be requested upfront.
After initial commission discussion, I will not add any further assets to your avatar unless agreed upon that your model be updated in future

Payment

All prices are in USD only and are to be conducted through PayPal or equivalent services.
Prices may change based on the complexity of the work requested or the demand
Payment can be completed either as 100% upfront or 50% upfront 50% afterwards, with the first payment after you approve your sketch.
If the payment options above aren't suitable, payment plans may be discussed for more complex works.
Please Note: If I am unable to complete your work for any reason, I will give you a refund

Process

Completion of your work can take anywhere from under a week to 2-3 months; this can all depend on the work's complexity, the artist's health and working on previously accepted works in the queue. The artist may not immediately start your commission and ask that you wait to send finances until payment is requested!
Once your work is completed you will receive; the full-sized image(s) (A 300dpi PNG image typically at least 1000x1500px) and a web friendly size if requested
Please note that there is no physical product!

Revisions

After you are satisfied with a base sketch I will only accept up to three major changes, anything more than this will cost a fee - Minor changes can always be discussed.
Additional fees will be added if you want something changed on the finalised drawing
